Medical Dosimetry Review Course

About the Course

This course is intended as a review of radiation therapy dosimetry for those individuals preparing for the board exam. It may also serve as a refresher course to practicing dosimetrists and junior physicists. Students should bring a scientific calculator of the type and model approved by the MDCB (not a programmable calculator). Please make room in your luggage for the three ring binder you will receive with the course material. CE credits have been requested for this course from AART/ASRT.MDCB, as of 2013, no longer offers CE credits for review courses.. The course will end at 3 pm on Thursday.

Educational Objectives

After attending the conference, participants should be:

• Well versed in Radiation Therapy Dosimetry
• Well prepared for the Board Certification Exam
• Eligible for obtaining CE credits
